Many families have action plans for fires or inclement weather. Few families have action plans for emotional distress. Our hope is that each person who visits us will print out this contract or share it online with others.

Discuss how a crisis is created by an event which temporarily overwhelms our coping resources. The purpose of the contract is to be with the person in crisis until they can be brought to a professional for help.
Please contact your loved ones and fill in the blanks so you have a solid plan in place in case someone is in emotional distress.
